About the Studio

I hold my lessons at groundswell yoga studio in Annapolis. It’s a beautiful studio with wood floors, lovely plants, and windows that let in plenty of natural light.

Spacious room with wooden floors, brick wall, large windows with blinds, potted plants, and ceiling fans with lights.
Empty room with hardwood floor and large windows with blinds, decorated with houseplants and hanging plants, ceiling fans, and a light fixture.

Yoga and dancing overlap in many aspects: mind/body connection, balance, coordination.

I highly recommend trying out one of the many classes offered at groundswell if you are looking for a yoga practice!

You can see the schedule and book through their website: www.groundswellannapolis.com

Parking in Annapolis

As an urban studio in an historical area of downtown, there is no site-specific parking lot. However, on-street parking is available surrounding the studio. For the best experience, downloading the ParkMobile app allows you to quickly pay for parking by saving your information.

There are three parking garages within a five-minute walk of the studio. The Gott's Court garage on Northwest St. and the Calvert St. garage on Bladen St. both offer free parking on the weekends and after 6pm on weekdays.

The section of King George St. that runs along St. John's College offers free 9-hour parking (always confirm with street signage) as well.
